Salli is perfect in the office
With regular ergonomic chairs you don't sit with a neutral pain relieving posture. With Salli you do - and you don't need a backrest! (just like when standing ;)
At first, I loved this chair especially the backrest. However, I work in a salon where I sit for up to 8 hrs per day and this chair hurts so much after an hour. The pressure between my legs and along my crotch is unbelievable. I have had to purchase high density foam to place on my stool until I purchase a replacement. I am extremely disappointed considering the money I spent.
Edit: I just checked and noticed you have only had the chair for around 5 days, it takes longer that this to adjust, and if you are using it for 8 hours per day already this is way too much. Hi Kim, it is really important to take your time building up the duration of sitting as indicated in the supplied documents, and also to take regular breaks. If you use it for too long too soon you can develop saddle soreness or sit bone tenderness which will not get better by sitting longer, and can take some time to resolve. We also ask you to contact us if you are having any issues, these can usually be solved by some usage advice and adjustments. You mention the backrest which is useful for stretching, but if you are using it constantly your position is not correct. Feel free to send us some photos of your sitting position from front and side on so we can diagnose if any positional issues exist.
