Shipping

Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout once your address details have been added to your order.
You will receive notification when you order is dispatched, along with a tracking number which is the best place to see where your package is.


We also offer FREE local pickup from our storage location in Hawthorn, Melbourne, Australia.


We do reserve the right to update our shipping policies at any time.

We use the couriers available from Shippit or Sendle to freight most of our orders of stock products. This is usually Couriers Please or TNT.

    Sometimes we may find a better solution with a different carrier, if so we reserve the right to this. We always try to balance service with cost, but if you need it quicker please contact us and we can give you a quote.

    Most of our stock is dispatched from Melbourne. If your delivery address is a long distance away, eg Perth, Mackay, Broome, or any outback or rural areas - it WILL take some time to get to you  (it can be up to 2 weeks to some outback areas).

    If you live in any of these areas and want your Salli quickly we suggest contact us at sales@salli.com.au to discuss other options.

    Faster shipping of large boxes costs a LOT extra, so we do have to pass on some of the extra cost.

    For the Premium Salli models such as Swingfit, Multiadjuster etc we get these made to order due to the number of colour options and range of products. This will be sent direct from Finland to you and will normally take around 2 weeks for production and delivery.

    We will provide you with a Fedex tracking number once it leaves Finland. We think this is important - as we know how exciting it is to be waiting for your Salli!

    International Shipping

    We can only ship to Australian and New Zealand addresses. Any applicable duties and taxes are payable by the receiver.
