I’m writing this while sitting on a Salli Pro that I bought about 2 months ago. I couldn’t be happier. I have osteoarthritis (OA) in both hips and 3 vertebrae that have been injured various ways over the years, but I’m a writer, so I need to be able to sit comfortably for long periods in a way that won’t cause anything to hurt too badly or possibly even make my OA worse. I thought the Salli Pro was a bit pricey, but took a chance, and I’m very pleased with it! The customer service could not have been better. I placed my order during pandemic border restrictions, and Salli was super-transparent and communicative when a supply issue popped up. On arrival, assembly was dead easy, and the instructions were clear and cheerful; basically, let your butt get used to it, have faith, and literally ride it out. I did! It takes a few days for your body to adjust, but it will, and pretty soon it will likely become your go-to. I even wheel it from my office into the lounge just for watching TV sometimes. Speaking of wheels: if you have hardwood floors like I do, get the roller-skate rubber wheels for the extra $20 or whatever — they’re perfect for the surface, and it doesn’t affect the chair’s stability at all. Anyway, love the chair, love the company, would recommend highly!
